Bill we received was from Robert B. Trimble however we didn't actually work with him, the woman who saw us I am assuming was his nurse, she quickly said she was going to run a few tests swabbed my son a daughter then walked out. She came back and said they tested positive for Flu and Strep. The problem is there was no discussions on what was going to be tested for and no disclosure that they charge $180 per child for a 10 minute in house test for the flu, artificially inflating the bill. We have been patients for 13 years and were not expecting to be treated this way by this office, the Office Manager PAM was also very rude when she finally returned my call constantly speaking over me rather than having an ounce of empathy or even listening to what I said. She basically said I was stupid for not asking them to stop what they were doing and to ask for the exact cost of everything that I shouldn't be surprised that this test was 4 times what we are normally charged for in-house tests. Please be aware, we would have been treated with more respect and empathy at any regular Urgent Care, this isn't the treatment you should expect from your primary care office.

Dr. Pauli is always very attentive during our appointments and treats all my boys with the up most care. Not only do my boys feel safe and cared for when going to see Dr. Pauli but my husband and I also feel valued and truly heard as parents. It is reassuring to have a pediatrician like Dr. Pauli caring for our boys.

We love Dr. Hagee! She is kind and thorough and easy to talk to. She answers our nervous questions in detail without complaint and is somehow always on time. Our son even likes going to his doctor’s visits because everyone is so fun and friendly.

I would recommend NEPA to any new parent! The office staff is great and very accommodating; they can often schedule you same or next day appts. Dr. Carpenter definitely loves her role as a primary care provider because it shows in the care she gives, great bedside manner and relationship she has with the families she cares for. I will always recommend NEPA providers to anyone looking for pediatric care.

Miss Gina is great. She always provides a very personalized experience. She doesn’t talk to my son like he’s a kid and we appreciate that. We have been seeing her for years and my son is very comfortable speaking with her about any concerns.

He was great with my son, who can be a little shy. I loved that he decided not to do unnecessary tests so as to not traumatize him. He explained everything very well so that both my son and I both understood what was happening and how to treat him over the next few days.
